Command Stop is a retractable safety sign designed to keep cars from encroaching on the bus pedestrian zone. Vehicles are supposed to keep their distance from stopped school buses, but all too often drivers will try to go around, potentially hitting kids or causing catastrophic crashes. Command Stop features a retractable 10-foot bar that effectively blocks the entire street, protecting the pedestrian zone, and preventing cars and trucks from passing the school bus while kids are coming on and off.
