What is Step Away Shower? Step Away Shower is a water-saving shower system, designed to automatically control the flow and temperature of the water via motion sensors and touchscreen controls. It’s all too easy to waste water during a shower by having to wait for the water to heat, or by stepping away to scrub up before rinsing off. Step Away Shower features proximity sensors, which can be mounted on the showerhead or wall, and connected with an electric valve to automatically turn off the water when the user steps out of the flow. Step Away Shower also provides efficient temperature control with an instant water heater that turns on and off as needed to maintain the preselected heat level.
